 Dancing in the Street
Dancing in the street , at the Printworks, Manchester, 2009. The Printworks
will be holding auditions on the 8th and 15th of June at the CLJ Academy.
If you are successful the heats will be as follows: 25th July – Street, 1st
August – Ballroom, 8th August – Disco, 15th August – Street.
The Grand Final will be held on 22nd August. The top 2 from each heat will go
through to the final and compete for the grand prize if £1000.

and Albert Square from 1.30pm, Supporting the Genesis " keep Fit and
Pink 10km Walk "
11th July - 60'S Show at the CLJ Academy - starts 7pm. tickets £6.00,
a night of Rock'n'Roll.

 A Big Knight Out
The CLJ Academy is delighted to announce that one it's students, Chloe
Walker, has been been chosen to perform in this variety show spectacular
after winning Talented youngster of the year 2008.
Chloe will be performing alongside such well known celebrities as Cannon
& Ball and Frank Carson all honoring ex-England footballer Sir Tom
Finney, a true great of his era.

 Christmas Cabaret
The singing classes of the CLJ Academy would like to welcome you to their
Christmas Cabaret night.
Pupils will be performing live a whole selection of songs from pop, swing,
the musicals and of course some seasonal favourites.
Tickets £6 per person are available direct from the academy now

 Aladdin
Casey Lee Jolleys and The Academy Babes (Thea Lees, Alice Trengove, Kayli
McIntosh, Jasmin Maxwell, Kelsey Ellis, Sophie Ridings, Lydia Buchannon &
Megan Pimbley) will be appearing at the Charter Theatre, Preston for this
years Christmas Panto.
They will be performing alongside such other stars as Tim Vincent (Blue Peter
& Dancing on Ice), Paul Crone (Granada Reports) and Kade Ferraiolo (Dirty
Dancing: The Time of Your Life).

 The Wizard of Oz
The CLJ Academy is delighted to have students performing in "The Wizard
of Oz" at The Lowry Theatre this christmas.
The three academy students, Danielle Pollitt-Walmsley and brother &
sister, Arianne & Ciaran Lindup, will be playing Munchkins alongside
Lorna Luft (daughter of Judy Garland) who will be playing "The Wicked
Witch of the West".

 Cinderella
CLJ Academy resident comedian Jack B (Jack Buchannon) will be entertaining
the crowds at The Radcliffe Civic Suite this christmas with his own brand of
humour.
Since getting second place in Bolton Talent Search, Jack has gone on to
taking third place in the national talent contest "Search for a
Star" and recently performed at the BBC North West's Children in Need
night at Chill Factor-e.
